The village sits at 700-800 meters above sea level, which means the air is cool and fresh all year round. This highland climate makes Tetebatu perfect for emerald rice terraces, organic farms, clove & coffee plantations, and tropical rainforest in the buffer zone of Mount Rinjani National Park.
The main attractions of Tetebatu are the stunning green rice fields, the warm and friendly local people, and the amazing views of Mount Rinjani. Life here is still very traditional.
